# Initial Exchange Offering

OSR is aiming to raise around USD 3,000,000 during the public sale, through the allocation of 12% of the total supply of OSR. There shall not be a soft cap and therefore there will be no refunds made of funds contributed towards the project and allocated as detailed below:
